2.5% to Listing Agent + 2.5% to Buyer's Agent = 5% Total
Our commission arrangements:
1.5% to Listing Agent* + 2.25% to Buyer's Agent = 3.75% Total
1.5% to Listing Agent* + 2.5% to Buyer's Agent = 4% Total
Most buyers are represented by a real estate agent, as their service is usually at no cost to the buyer. Our commission agreements provide a typical 2.25 to 2.5% to the buyer's agent upon selling, therefore your listing won't be at a disadvantage like it would with many of our "low commission" competitors.
